Trip to Shunde to visit the new supplier and inspect their factory this afternoon.
China again......
The company has a lot of problems, but nothing new to me, which I used to face and handle the same problems in somewhere else.
The real challenge to me is "human" side. With very limited resources, and the boss without any experience in this industry. How to help this company without giving pressure, and make your boss losing face of his incapability is a technique.......
Anyway, as I committed myself, try your best....
